I still don't know what point you're trying to make here.
The reason you haven't seen most pop artists help other people create music is because they usually aren't the ones making the music. Most of the time they're just a vocalist with a team of writers and producers creating the entire track. Do you know every single person who contributed to a hit pop song and can actually confirm they're just "business" who never contributes back to other aspiring artists?

@TheLostAtmosphere the point is that many many many trance produces do it for the LOVE of it while I have never actually seen some pop artist do the same, and you know why? because they can't handle competition and everything they do, they want money out of it. Business. not saying trance is perfect.
