Unlike many game reviewers I try to review a game from the perspective of who I believe the target audience of the game is supposed to be.

If I personally don't belong to the target audience for the game I'm reviewing, I try to consider if the intended target audience would enjoy the game or not.

My GOD! I LOVE THIS GAME! I'm obsessed with it! There is absolutely NOTHING that I dislike about this game. It literally took me to a whole new world... Pfft, ahahahahahaha! I just had an Aladdin flashback! XD... But no, seriously. The storyline is amazing, the graphics are just so RIGHT, & the music just makes me melt. It's definately NOT hard to fall in love with this game. KH 4 EVER, DUDES! <33

Your succinct explanation of the storyline is dead on! Hell, I may have to "borrow" it for the Kingdom Hearts panels I do at conventions.

Does your attitude on KH also apply to the 2nd game? I read an interesting critique of the 2nd game that seems based around the notion that a lot of people like the first game but find the 2nd one tiresome.

@osurpless I think the gameplay of the 2nd game is more polished, but the story has some issues. I'll probably need to review both Chain of Memories and KH II at the same time.

the only true way to play this game is on the hardest mode, when sephiroth can 1 hit you. this keeps the final fantasy characters from looking like pussys that get beat down by a dumb kid with a oversized key....

great game though. it reminds me of my teen years... hits me deep.

Damn it! I'm going through KH & FF withdrawl! I can't play my PS2, 'cause it's busted up pretty bad. And I don't have enough money to get another one, yet... T.T Damn you, Tsubasa (my little cousin) DAMN you! He's so cute, but he such a PAIN! DX
