A 3 month, 3x's per week training program guaranteed to bring results!
Training Sessions are 1 hour long in groups of 6-8 ppl.
A combination of Strength Training, Core Conditioning, Flexibility, Speed & Agility & Endurance Training are incorporated into each session. The group environment enhances motivation and training intensity.

Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays
Tuesday: 6.30pm or 7.30pm or 8.30pm
Thursday: 6.30pm or 7.30pm 8.30pm
Saturday: 2.00pm or 3.00pm
