  • nice to see someone actually doing it right and not going past 5 reps.

  • Excellent form and posture. But do not try this if you have knee issues, you'll blow them out. Stick to presses/squats where your feet are parallel or slightly pigeon-toed.

  • I started doing this excercise for the first time today. I do it after 3 sets of regular squats. Drop the weight and then do 3 sets of these. It feels killer.
