Hot blood is not a critical hit. You can't get a critical hit with hot blood in most SRW games, either. The only one I can think of where it's possible is MX, but that one's numbers are weird as it is.
And 26k is really weak for a 5 unit combo attack, J's numbers are little-league compared to Alpha 3.
Most heavy hitters in Alpha 3 can do 25-35,000 damage with big attacks in EX hard where there are no weapon upgrades allowed. And that's not counting Ideon which can do 75-150k.

actually attacking with does more damage than hot blood due to gain more morale on the 2nd attack

my buster homerun does this amount of damage without hot blood.. so this person must not be using hot blood either

Why do a attack which causes 20k damage, on a robot which only have 6,6k? Seems like waste of energy. It could have been done on a boss.

20,000 damage in SRWA3 is kinda wimpy.... and technicially hot blooded is double attack... though not sure about criticals (if it's 1.25 normal damage); since in OG Valor/Hot Blood doubled attack, but lowered crit to 0... unless lucky activates

It's with Hot Blood activated, so it IS a critical.
Besides, that's not all that special, in SRWJ a fully upgraded Shuffle Doumei Ken with Hot Blood activated can do 26k damage.
