I lost weight eating "clean"...basically no processed foods, all about balance and fresh ingredients. But I still eat chips...only like once a week but its a must for my sanity, lol! Caffeine isnt that bad, if it wasnt for caffeine I wouldnt be able to get through my workout, plus I drink like 90 oz of water a day to counter any dehydration caused by the coffee : )

If you wanna lose weight, then I would suggest the atkins diet. I lost over 60 lbs in 4 months on that diet. Alot of people try to say that its not healthy, but the most current studies show that its a very healthy diet and its way more effective than any calorie diet. Cereals are loaded with sugar and even the ones she recommended are still high in carbs, I would avoid them.

Um...so take out everything that taste good in your diet, no here's what you do. Eat whatever you want just don't lay around all day everyday, that's what I do.

omg i hate things like this just eat healthy when u can so if u want a chinese at the weekend haev one and try and behave during the week and exercise when u can. we are human and wont live on lettuce lol
