This actually was from his final televised performance from the Marriott (there are clips on here) that was shown in October of 1985 on public TV with Rosemary Clooney. I taped it way back when, and remember this clip nearly every word. Great post.
It really is from the famous Carnegie Hall concert! You can find more on the DVD "Adventures in the kingdom of Swing", but without sound, but longer. I guess the sound on your clip was added from the CD, it seems to be a bit out of rhythm if you look on Harry James...
