Ok when your going to do a tutorial you have to know the product that you are working with. First thing is you have to shampoo the hair and know how many times to shampoo depending on the clients hair. Then towel dry an so on...You do NOT apply to dirty hair. I dont know if you did all of that first but for those who are looking to learn something they would have applied the product wrong. Her hair came out very pretty though.
