Short video showing a simple swimming exercise, I call it "the Froggie". You do not have to be an expert swimmer to do this. Great for circulation, and general good health every day!

Thank you for the video. I have incorporated the froggie exercise into my swim workout. I don't do the frog leg motions. Instead I make sure my legs are constantly moving. The arm movements provide a killer workout for my arms.
