@linqserver he's killing a player who's running missions. most likely he scanned that player down, take out pvp fited domi and warp there. NPCs are shooting at that other (most likely mission fited) domi.

so drones + npc rats shooting at ur target while ur killing his cap at same time = dead mission runner. some people seems to have missed that the pvp fited domi is not there to shoot rats.

Domini is a Drone Ship. So turrets aren't necessary but however veeeery helpful.

And Finally.

Everyone Can Fit his/hers own ship whatever he/she like.

And when Kill Mail land on the Kill Board then whole alliance can have a laugh or congratulate a proper setup.

1) PVP setup dominix while fighting with NPC's - I think it is waste of time.

OK when you expect some neutrals or hostile Players to pay you a visit on the mission why not...

2) It was impossible since 2007 ( i started in 2007) in EVE to drain a CAP in NPC 's to zero with NOS/NEUT and prevent them from repairing ???

so neuts against npc's are pointless???
