actually its not late, if it was late then the plane would have left the ground far faster. It was actually right on time. Pilots dont jsut rotate too late. research before u post

It looked like a text book job to me.
That wasn't a late takeoff at all. I'd call it a max-performance takeoff based on his load and runway available.
