Thanks for the video as I was wondering about the indoor video quality since many seem to be complaining. I see the quality is very decent though.
The video mode of this is 60fps right?

this camera is not worth it. For the same cost you can get a much better camera with great picture quality and 20x zoom (but not waterproof), im thinking about the Panasonic DZ28 or Canon SX10

Sure, it has a standard threaded tripod hole in the base. Hard to see in pictures, but it's there.

Oh yes indeed, 7 1/2 months old and full of fun! Camera is still working fine by the way. Been to a number of pool parties.

Heh, ok. Well the camera cost $199 shipped from Amazon (+$14 for an 8GB SD card), and what I needed a small, robust, water resistant camera that produced video that could readily be uploaded to youtube for my family in Ireland to view (without a bunch of editing or post-processing). On which basis, I'd have to disagree and say that the little Xacti is eminently worth it. You are however entirely welcome to your opinion, I don't doubt that it wouldn't be worth it for you.
