ahaha you know nothing. Kobe beef is world renowned for its high fat content. Have you ever seen a piece of kobe beef? half of it is fat, but not just a hunk of fat, it has perfect marbling and distribution which makes it look as though it was made it heaven to be eaten by angels. Lean meat was made for the devil to eat in hell.
