KD: An update from AznSwordGod

Hey guys, the title says it all!

Before I continue, I'd like to thank TreyFlipNiceWork for teaching me everything I know about flash. Trey, if it weren't for you, I wouldn't have been able to bring this project to life, or really jumpstart learning flash. Thanks, man.

Now thenn..

This was a boss battle against Trey's Diaz Brothers. Man were they tough. I had a hard time getting past Mano's charge punch, and Manny's sword attack made things really difficult for me. I have a feeling Trey knew that spinning sword attack would take someone out faster than human drill.. On top of it.. I'd like to try and post up another rematch of the fight. I was way too repetitive with my method, and although the "Flying Dragon Tosses Pearl" can seem like a really cool maneuver, it gets quite tiring. In the end though, all credit goes to TreyFlipNiceWork for teaching me flash, creating insane bosses, and simply for being awesome.

very great i wish i could do things on flash... BUT I MUST LEARN!!!!! i will do the best flashes ever! so i can make my own story. Seriously ive looking for a good way to leanr animating and maybe i have finaly have the decisition. I need a teacher or something.

ANd i WILL MAKE MY STORY OF KD AND MORE THINGS like animations of the kunio world and other games like castlevania!

Congratulations! By the way, how did you know animatinng? was it difficult this flash to make?

@AER8PUNCH Haha! That's the spirit! That's the best way to get into Flash Animation, my friend.

I learned Flash from TreyFlipNiceWork. He's the man!! As for the difficulty of making this flash.. i wasn't sure as to how to put together the entire flash movie, so I just improvised. Now I'm a bit more aware of the controls of Flash MX, so I should be able to come through with much better work soon.

By the way, what's your frame rate with your Flash work??

@RazorGuardian Heheh, to be honest, this has to be the sloppiest work I'll ever do. I didn't even space the frames apart. I guess it's the default frame rate? The thing is, my animation was done keyframe after keyframe. It made the animation waaay too fast, and actually, what you see in the video is a slowed down version of the original video. The dialogue went by WAAAY too fast. I understand my mistake and I definitely know what I need to do to make things a bit less sloppy..

Oh, and another thing. You have different voice clips playing for the same actions. Is that a programming you did for KD, or is that a product of video editing?

@RazorGuardian Video editing, sadly. Oh how I wish it were a sort of program/add-on for KD. That would ROCK. I just wanted to vary things up to make the assassin look more badass. Btw, you should sign onto MSN.

Nice, like the combo too. I usually used sanren punch to get them flying first but the dragon fist is more fun.
