I was just wondering, as you obviously have either made this video, or have used a game mod for bsg to make it, whether you have ever played a mod called Battlestar Galactica : Fleet commander (BSG:FC) which is based on the game homeworld 2 system, but bsg. I've got it and it is seriously a game i would reccomend getting, even if you dont get the mod with it, as the game is good in itself.

the only actual BSG game I've played is the XBOX version.

I tried to install Battlestar Galactica: Beyond the red line

but I couldn't understand the installer.

I've not played it but I have heard of it.

I don't see how the Pegasus sets were "too expensive" for the BSG show, since they up and made BSG: Razor right after, and it featured the Pegasus quite heavily.

If you want to read an essay arguing that the show would have been better off if the Pegasus survived, feel free to message me.

Yeah I think it should have survived.

looking at its firepower, it should have easily destroyed them.

but think they wanted to stick to the original sty line from the 1970's show

Absolutely. While Pegasus' death was visually spectacular, it was substantively pointless. All of the civilian ships had evacuated from the surface of New Caprica, all Vipers had been recalled to BSG and the BSG had already jumped away. All Pegasus needed to do was buy time and they succeeded, they could have easily jumped back to the RTF. It was stupid and pointless. There was SO MUCH missed storytelling opportunities with Peggy and the Great Galactic Goddess Cain!
