In 2010-2011, I shifted focus more toward frontbending (hip opening), but I continued to train/maintain progress gained in 2008-2009, during which time I had concentrated on backbending.

The following asanas, or variations thereof are included:
Ganda Bherundasana
Tiriang Mukhottanasana
Padangustha Dhanurasana
Bhujangasana
Krukachasana
Natarajasana
Kapotasana
Shalabhasana

  • @modusheiko ...almost 2 decades ago I started Yoga. What flexibility I have is more trained than natural.

  • Very nice! Looks very good.

  • Fantastic work, Stephen!

  • You are awesome! I wish I could do a back-bend half that well....

  • only time iv'e gotten my feet that close to my head backwards was the first time i tried to do a flip o.o

  • how do you do that???... o.o

  • Inspiring!!!!Absolute amazing!!!!Namaste!!!

  • @anakrousis How deep can you over-split? Surly thats the only way you get a good stretch at this level?

  • A really inspirational practice. I have not seen a male with as much grace and elegance in his flexibility on the web so far. This is very nearly the highest level of flexibility – perhaps only some double jointed women contortionists would beat this.

  • Good work, I like it!
