i think his voice is as strong as tom jones if he was trying and made a serious recording.. he's obviously doing it in sort of a joking fashion/tone here, and it's before his deeper range was fully developed which he really didn't get amazing at until the disco volante days  imo

I love Mike Patton, but even his voice isn't as strong as Tom Jones's. Still, Patton would make an awesome Bond opening song if they contracted him. Much, much better than that awful, awful shit Chris Cornell and Jack White put out.
