Hello... I have no problems with VIU and their good intentions to make the issues to be heard. Only one thing is I'm somewhat tepid toward VIU's proposal on charging Deaf people the fees for PtP usage on VPs. That's it, nothing else. So you mean you disagree on charging the fees for Deaf to pay? That is the main concern and topic among Deaf Community.
I'm pleased that you guys need VIU for "union purpose".

I did. seems you missed that point in my vlog and also in my replies to ridor and others. There are 2 deaf people who are founders of VIU they supported the idea. are they wrong to be willing to pay to help improve the service and protect TRS fund?

can you explain how am I being greedy when I am offering to pay for VP devices and for p2p so that the telephone world for the the signing community can be equal or better than the telephone world for the hearing community?

What do you mean you are offering to pay for VP devices and for p2p? So you told FCC that you withdraw your suggestion? Why? What was the original intent/rationale/motive for the suggestion in the first place?

Oh, you haven't seen other vlog it seems. I put a vlog explaining why we had that idea ("VIU: why p2p idea to fcc"). It is important that you read all of ex parte to understand. youtube time limit is not enough to explain everything.

Your "VIU not support p2p" is VERY self serving! It has nothing to do with working conditions of interpreters, etc; your motive is money at the expense of the Deaf and we would unfairly have to pay for yet another expense that hearing people don't have to! Your proposal to the FCC is not yours to meddle in.
If you want us to "cooperate", etc, you will need to pass your ideas through the community to assure they are sound and free of ulterior motives.
You have gotten off to a bad start.

IF VIU start change us fee for p2p I will pull plugs out of vp and vp will be in my storage .. Not use my vp any more I will use my internet's skype period

VIU cannot change anything. we do not have any power. plus we already told FCC we withdraw our suggestion.
