It's funny how she said something along the lines of beauty coming from within and that people need to see their inner beautiful to feel beautiful on the outside, but she's pushing these women to go through horrifying treatments just to feel like they're physically attractive...

All of their lives, these women suffered from low self-esteem. Probaby due to mental & emotional abuse inflicted by family, classmates, society, etc. Yet this ugly Coach is being abusive and bullying these women and making them feel even worse than they already feels. Coach needs to go back & get some training on sensitivity.
