Just months after President Obama signed a preliminary agreement in Moscow with President Medvedev to reduce nuclear warheads, senior Pentagon officials have said that they're already looking into what cuts can be made. The new treaty calls for the long range nuclear warhead count to be reduced to around 1500, but now government officials are raising concerns over the rate at which these plans are happening.

  • Is there a a neutral country making sure that each side is reducing the number of war heads?

  • When the US agrees to reduce nuclear arsenals through treaties or whatever, they'll be making them behind the scenes lol

  • Should they use all their nukes and make a Who-destroy-the-moon firts contest, then at each other :D

  • russia and the us really shouldntfight each other

  • who would tell any real truth on a scale this large?....

  • It's all a ruse people! USA will disarm, Russia, China, Iran, and India, won't and there will be nuclear war!

  • i still don't understand why the fuck there would ever be a war with russia. i dont see why we can't bury the hatchet. and what hatchet?

  • well.... many of them ready to push button.

  • "A safer and more reliable nuclear warhead" Hahaha, sometimes these talking heads just crack me up.

  • That used to be 100% true.

Today, there still is a strong Israel lobby, but its words have less force than before.

As for propaganda, since the 1990s everything has changed. The main focus these days of most Palestinian/Arab nationalist groups has been in the media, doing things like filming "corpses" and saying "the IDF did this." They are succeeding, since it's easier to sympathize with those who don't hold military power in a country. On CNN, BBC, even RT, Israel now has a bad reputation.
