thanks for looking after our country Cody! you'll be missed by me and my family!
-
all of my teachers that knew him are all upset about it but r proud of him and what he did

I never personally met him, but my brother did, and from the way he talks about him, Cody was truly a remarkable young man. ANYone who is willing to die for the rights and liberties of others is one who is to be held in the highest of regards. It is a real honor to have dwelled in the same school as he did, even if I didn't know him, and his lasting impact on our city is truly evident. Cody Norris is a true American hero, and I know that he is in God's arms now. You have my eternal gratitude.

I graduated with Cody. I think it's amazing that Poe's doing this, representing Cody and other soldiers. RIP Cody.

I had the opportunity to go to school with both him and his older brother. A real hero. Thank you Cody.

This gave me chills... Could not have a better La Portian representing us!!! Glad Ted Poe was able to let the world know about our local hero <3

get the frack out of Afghanistan. I love this country too. we need to make sense in the battles we continue to choose. Ted Poe, find a way to get out to stop these good men from dying. We could be there forever and the Taliban will still be there too and won't be that much weaker than they are now.
To Codys parents....
This is a public page, Please do not let any negative comments you may see, upset you in anyway. I have seen people go looking just to attack what we love on any page.

It's true only 2 men will lay down their life for us, Jesus Christ & a soldier. Thank you, Cody. You made a difference in my life, at LPHS and in giving your life for me and my family. He'll always be my hero.
