He encourages us to be lifelong learners and to enjoy the benefits of increasingly accessible forms of education. He also stresses the importance of seeking out new experiences as a way to learn about yourself and define your vision.

  • Jeff brings up some good points here. Continuing education used to be pretty rare and special; now it's almost a requirement to keep up with the changing times. It certainly doesn't hurt anyone to pursue continuing education, and as Jeff indicated, it is easier now to get additional training and education than ever before. Colleges are now offering online courses and live training in many countries, to meet the needs of those looking for more. Also, grant funding makes the content accessible.

  • I really enjoyed Jeff Weiner's video on Continuing Education and Networking. Networking is the BEST way to find a job or an internship. Throughout life we will make networking contacts that develop into relationships including friends, colleagues, and professional prospects. He also encouraged us to identify mentors. Mentors can be an important source of advice and support. Great video!

  • This was a great video. It's not a bad idea to take notes as it has many useful insights.
