It's not just biological differences. It's sociobehavioral differences. For millenia women were kept under the thumb of men, and the reason for this was man's fear of woman's sexuality. Women have an unbridled sexuality that men have tried to control; the penis is the organ of control, not power.

@bwc3821 His generalization might have held some water twenty years ago but in today’s society women between the ages of 18 and 35 have been found to actually have much more sexual experience as compared to men of the same age. Women have become much more sexually liberated in the past twenty years. When Drew uses old-fashioned generalizations he comes off as sexist and small-minded. .
