I was nine when the wall fell, but while I do not remember much of the details leading up to it, I do remember this. My mom crying in joy as she never expected to see the wall fall. (I am a American BTW) and how Joyful the Germans where.

Sadly, those younger then me don't seem to understand the evil of communism.

Why did no so called German Freedom Fighters detonate the wall? Why didn't the West German government? I mean you do know that one side of the wall is yours, and should you want to blow it up, well... I'm not responsible for your side of the wall am I? Exactly.
