WMATA #9348 (Audio Recording)

This is an audio recording of WMATA #9348 on the Q2 line. I recorded this one back in 2005, when you could still find plenty of Metros around Silver Spring at any given time of day.

I believe the 3rd gear on the bus's transmission was disabled, because it never went into that gear the entire time I rode the bus, and the driver was really pushing it along those hills on Veirs Mill Road. And we all know that Voiths only have the R N D setup, maybe a of couple arrows, but they don't have the "2" button on the keypad.

This is a 1990 Flxible Metro "B" with a Cummins L-10 engine and Voith D863.3 transmission.
