Beef on weck rocks! I can't imagine eating Roast Beef any other way than that with plenty of Horseradish (and maybe a bit of sliced onions). You chose wisely in leaving some red in the roast, for it tastes much better that way. One more thing that helps is to have some Beef gravy on the side to dip the roll in prior to putting the beef on it (or better yet, dunking the sandwich in as you eat it). Speaking of which, I made one for breakfast because I haven't had one in so long. Cheers!
