Bruno Hauptman was a patsy just like the many patsies that are used throughout history as a coverup for the real criminals behind the scenes.

This was a 'political' attack on Lindbergh because of his father's and his frank statements to the public regarding Banking, Currency and the Money Trust, Industrial relations, political relations. This was a vendetta against the Lindberghs because both father and son were outspoken against the private banking cartel and the manufactured military industrial complex and its false, perpetual wars inflicted upon the peoples of the world and the bilking of prosperous, honest hardworking Americans.

The basic point is that there was absolutely no evidence that Hauptmann killed anyone let alone the Lindbergh child.

All that linked to him to the crime was the money and certififcates which is not proof of murder.

There was absolutely no physical evidence tying him to the murder of the infant.

That's the problem with this case-the conviction was based on the assuption that because the money was found in his home then he must be guilty of kidnapping and murder.

I would be more apt to believe it was Hauptmann, had Lindbergh himself not interfered with the investigation and insisted that all inside-man theories NOT be investigated or push the investigation towards Hauptmann exclusively.

@gotch09 I know youre not.....just trying to shine the right light on Mr Scaduto. From what I have studied...as a student of Fisher and also considering others- Hauptmann is guilty as sin. He actually considered confessing at one point, but he didnt- because he was a selfish, greedy crook. Consider: you are on trial for your life-would you not identify your accomplices (re-theory that Bruno was only one of many)? Bruno didnt- because he couldnt.

@gotch09 Scaduto's theories have been essentially proven to be baseless, by Jim Fisher and others. He says some ridiculous things here. Like the baby's body may not have been Lindy Jr after all. Really? Found in the woods a mere mile away from his house? Were there any other babies in that area missing? And- the baby was ID'd by much more than teeth: Clothing, Toes, Thumb Guard, Prominent Forehead....Scaduto is a goof.
