The Honda Civic is a reliable, fuel-efficient, commuters special. These proud owners love its style and responsiveness nearly as much as the great gas mileage.
@civicnation4two Very few vehicles are "domestic" from a U.S perspective. The Charger is built in Canada, the Accord is built in the U.S. I don't think I would buy a "Nazi Car" but if that's your thing I suppose the closest you can get would be Volkswagen since they were originally funded by Germany's Nazi party, although anymore that is also pretty irrelevant.
@civicnation4two I didn't deny the dependability of the Honda Civic, but in my opinion driving a vehicle for one year does not determine the dependability of a vehicle, I want to know how dependable it is after 10 years. Why Honda and Toyota are known for dependability is a complex issue, their lack of interesting vehicles is a contributing factor. If you make small low torque motors, there isn't much room for things to break. Toyota's first full size truck has been less then dependable
@civicnation4two You don't simply use HP for high speeds, but very even if you do very few jurisdictions in the US have forfeiture laws due to speeding, also very few patrol by air. You can use your high horsepower vehicle everyday without violating any laws simply by accelerating through traffic in a safe and prudent manner.
i would buy domestic but i dont spend money using emotion....i dont give two rats asses if that dealership
flies my country's flag. If they want to fly the nazi flag yet sell me a decent car then we are gonna do business otherwise they can go blow somebody elses dick.
And lastly to deny the dependability of Honda's and Toyotas makes you out to be a lying sack of shit or at best
totally misinformed. GM's own president acknowelged that the Japanese have the lead on dependability. When he
asked by the reporter why that is he simply shrugged his shoulders and said he does not know. This was when he placed a full page ad on newspapers across the US and Canada apologizing for building shitty unreliable cars. If you dont believe him then ur making shit up.
Dude, there is no logic to buy a car that has anything over 200hp considering we in north america are absent
the autobauhn. In every jurisdiction by now they have forfeiture laws. In vancouver where i live they have seized ferraris, bmw's and motorcycles. everyone of those cars were snagged because they forgot that the cops here patrol by
Cessna's. It's like buying a tuxudo that you will never ever wear. So, who friggin cares?
good gas mileage...buy a diesel.
