One very destinguishing factor which Italians and Romanians seem to share, apart from their Roman history, is their dislike for antisemitism-
Double Negative there. To make it simple. The Italians nor the Romanians are not at all known for their mistreatment in general of Jews. I never met an Italian who spoke poorly of Jews.
I doubt if Romanians are anti-semitic either.
Some Bolsheviks were Jews, but certainly not good Jews. So even for this, The Romanians do not foster Anti-semitism-
