Taylor Swift.
A true, genuine superstar.
Happy (late!) birthday Taylor :)
I wonder if she always knew she would be such a worldwide phenomenon...
That little girl singing the Lion King aged 3 had such great things destined for her.
I think her story is wonderful, her story of how she got to where she is. She made it through hard work, determination, talent and a bit of good fortune.
She grew up surrounded by country music, listening to it day in and day out. Aged 10, she began performing at festivals, fairs and sang at karaoke contests. She wrote her first song 'Lucky You' at 12 years old and has been writing songs ever since, about boys who have broken her heart, about not fitting in with the girls at school, about friends who are irreplaceable and about things that all teenage girls can relate to... She convinced her parents to move to Nashville, because she had seen a TV documentary all about Faith Hill who had moved to Nashville and she thought that was what she must do. There is no other way but to move to Nashville. So every single day, when she would come home, she would ask her mom "When are we moving to Nashville"... After that, her mom took her down Music Row in Nashville, dropping her off outside every label in town, to try and get a record deal. She walked in confidently and placed a copy of her demo CD on the desk and said "Hi I'm Taylor, I'm 11 and I want a record deal." After that, Taylor returned regularly to Nashville, writing sings with local songwriters and singing everywhere she could. Finally, Taylor's question was answered and all her family moved to Nashville and eventually RCA records signed her to a development deal. After a year, they wanted to keep her on the development deal but she said no. She wanted more. Whilst performing all over the place, Taylor was given a golden opportunity to perform at the Bluebird Cafe, Nashville's songwriters venue, where she caught the attention of Scott Borchetta who signed her to his newly-formed label, Big Machine Records, It was a giant leap of faith for Taylor, as when he approached her, he didnt have a record label, he just had an idea, determination and a dream. But Taylor stuck by him, despite everything that could have gone wrong, and a star was born. The rest... I think we all know.
How many times must she have wanted to give up, after fighting so hard for her dreams and being let down so many times.
I think that determination is incredible.
I've been such a huge fan of Taylor Swift for years and years, so seeing how much she's grown and how popular shes become is amazing. The best thing is, she hasn't changed as a person. Sure she's playing all over the world, her records are going platinum and she's hugely famous...But she's still Taylor Swift, the girl who when she can't find a way out, she gets out her guitar and sings her feelings.
She's one of a kind. I think that's what makes her so likeable. She isn't like every other star, going out to clubs and partying and drinking till whatever hours in the morning. She likes to bake with her best friend Abigail and she likes to make funny Youtube videos for her fans. She has become a superstar, but still remembers where she came from and who got her there. She appreciates her fans so much and you can see that through everything she does.
She is full of grace, charm and she is so humble and down to earth.
I personally love her and think she's truly amazing.
Her voice is beautiful and delicate and I could happily listen to her for days on end and not get bored. Everytime I listen to her songs, I hear something new, a new emotion in the song that I didn't feel before or a word that sticks out and makes me think if that was what the song is all about.
So this is my thank you to Taylor Swift for creating songs that every single teenage girl in the world can listen to and think "That song was written about me!"
:)
Love love love you T Swift !

For this video, I chose the song ''Change" as it was all about her journey to the top, her belief and determination sometimes were the only things keeping her dream alive and how she never gave up. It sums it up perfectly, and I think this song is amazing. It inspires me when I've lost all hope. It leaves me feeling uplifted and makes me want to change the world :)
So here's my question for you guys...What is your dream?
Thanks for reading and watching.
I love you all

Awwee. Your such a beautiful person (inside & out) for making this for her, and writing all that text. It is so incredible. :)
And my dream (it's expected, since this is a video about a country music recording artist) is to be a country music recording artist. There's nothing I'd rather do.
Thank you for making this video, you are what makes Taylor fans incredible.
