Jason yun cooks up a healthy recipe. Feta Cheese and Spinach Scrambled Eggs.
Ingredients
3 eggs or egg whites
Spinach,
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/2 onion
1/2 tomato

    One quick question, would you say the Instant Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in Rich milk choc, the one with no sugar added, is a good and healthy breakfast?

  • @MaGiKaLMin anything instant has to be processed. Processed is not natural. So I say no.

No sugar added Calories- 150 Total Fat- 5g 8% Saturated Fat 1.5g 7% Trans Fat- 0g Sodium- 240mg 10% Potassium- 540mg 15% Total Carb- 16g 5% Fiber- 2g  10% Sugars- 12g Protein- 13g it has nonfat milk in it, and does not contain aspartame / nutrasweet
  • i like fish omelets with fish i prefer tuna swiss cheese black olives and mushrooms also requires some good old-fashioned jasmine rice
