I was told when doing shrugs to hold for 2 seconds then roll the shoulders before dropping back down to repeat.

hey. i named them the rapper workout first, i named them in 2009 too but before july cuz i remember i was still in school.

your goin a bit fast.. use a bar.. if its too light.. take the 45 pounda bar where u can add more plates.. then do slow shrugs.. gives you nice traps.
