@apachesk8r freestyle rules are a little different, if you can get your opponent's shoulders to touch on the mat together even if just for a second its counted as a pin

@The1Sherwin No, It's not. In NJ I know scholastic wrestling uses a 2 second pin, and freestyle wrestling is international. If they touch it's a pin. That applies to freestyle wrestling everywhere.
