I happen to be a licensed medical professional & the colon is 'never' completely empty, unless a bowel prep has been done for a procedure & then there can still be some stool present up high in the colon. Don't believe me, ask a Gastroenterologist!

The commercial is hilarious, even if the service is bullshit. The human digestive system would need major surgery if it contained even 1 pound of compacted feces. There's no way anyone could hold "13 pounds."
