I'm adopted; and I think the line in the game isn't a big deal. However, you berating this guy is ridiculous. I promise you have no idea unless your adopted or an adoptive parent, how critical that stage in life is. Probably not news worthy. However, I do think other parents were warned about something that they might not want their kids exposed to. So, that's a good thing. All in all, you should cut that guy some friggen slack though! He adopted a needy girl from China for Christ sake! lol

Oh, shut up! Stupid Report. It's rated E10+ (PG for ACB) for Mild themes and violence. Themes, being adoption and fat jokes, and talking about murder and death and skeletons. And the fact that you are trapped, and the game is actually rather dark. And violence for the turrets and low blood that results from falls and being shot. But anyway, other adopted people have no problem with it, and neither did his daughter. it's a joke, to emphasis the cruelty of GLaDOS and Wheately. A FREAKIN JOKE!

Common, can't they see this is just a game? This isn't meant to be taken serious. And also Glados defends Chell, so what? If they stood offended why don't they stop playing the game anymore. Some people can't understand the difference between real life and games. Its funny however that this parents let their child play games like GTA at 10, but that's not big deal.

I dan't get why they only show how they only show how the adopted dad felt. I mean it's the girl that's adopted right? Yet, they just constantly show her playing the game and she doesn't look the least bit offended. That and ,come on, it's a video game. It's not meant to be taken seriously. Media makes fun of people from different cultures and backgrounds all the time, yet they don't mean to offend. And this guy decides to go complaining to his local news station.
