Rural Economic Activity intro CwoB 2008

Darcy Ferguson introduces the rural economic activity session at the Communities without Boundaries virtual conference held at 21 venues across Alberta on October 31st 2008.
Darcy Ferguson is the Director of Finance & Administration on the
Special Areas Board which is a unique rural municipal area covering
approximately 5 million acres in southeastern Alberta. The Special
Areas Board is responsible for the administration of the area providing
all municipal services, including, roads, water, parks public land
management as well as emergency services and economic development. Darcy
is also Chair of the Hanna Learning Centre Board of Directors.
