In the last segment, Chef Gabrielle Hamilton and Chef Anthony Bourdain talk about being a writer, running a restaurant, women vs men chefs, writing the book "Blood, Bones and Butter" and romanticizing Italy. As of May 2011, Gabrielle has earned the James Beard Award for Best Chef, NYC. Being that this is the first stop of the book's launch at Barnes and Noble in NYC, Union Square, Gabrielle prepares for a 19 city tour. Her restaurant "Prune" is a celebrated, 30 seat downtown restaurant, that serves an amazing Brunch...and the wait outside can be long, but so worth it.
