My brother's Formula. Has a lot of custom gear inside, including air intake, hedders, Edelbrock 360° intake, dual exhaust, and about 500 other little mods. Real American steel, and it handles great. It has the 305 V8 engine, and has a lot of blood, sweat and tears invested in it.

  • very nice! how many miles per gallon do u get with a TPI setup?. good job

  • @Geenani - I think my brother was getting around 12-16 mpg in the city, 18 or so on the highway.

  • To bad its not a 91 more like an 87

  • @randoloph1 - It's definitely a 91. What makes you think it's an 87??

  • dont tell me u switched it from tpi to carb

  • @sethster70 - No, still tpi... but the car was recently in an accident, so... :(

  • @randoloph1 that has 91 written all over it the tail lights the spoiler the nose i mean come on man

  • It's not tpi and not carb, it's TBI (throttle body injection)

  • Not a fan of the formulas, but yours sounds real nice.

  • its a 91 the front bumper is a dead give awaay if it was and 87 ud see the bumperettes and a whole diffrent style but the side skirts look like they were removed cuz 91s had some distinctive side skirts but nice ride

  • Nice ride. Good to see people investing time & effort more than just money into a car. Keep working on that beauty!

  • Its a 1991 Formula. The front/rear bumpers and wing tell that. In 1991-1992, you could get 3 engines; 305 TBI (pictured here), 305 TPI and 350TPI. TBI looks like a carb, but its EFI - The F-Bodies were ALL EFI after 1987...

  • @geerlingguy Thats definitely a 1991 model. but hes probably saying that because its carburated. GM started putting fuel injected motors in their cars in 1988 or 1989.

  • @randoloph1 wron it is a 91 i have an 89 and that bumper and wing didnt show up until after that
