Chef Hung's Animated Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup

www.unscriptedmind.com This enticing bowl of noodles beckoned me to enter Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle restaurant while I was meanderinging through Aberdeen Centre in Richmond, BC. I did go in but did not have time to try their food as I was on my way to see the Chinese New Year dance celebration. Apparently Chef Hung hinself is a five time noodle champion in Taiwan and there can be big line-ups at this restaurant. I'll have to go back another time to check out his noodle soup(s)!

@Acekiller29 I finally tried the food at Chef Hung. You're right, it is really good and pricier than at other places but they were still busy even at 2pm! Had the Champion Beef Shank and Champion Beef Brisket soups, the beef wrap (my favorite is at Long's Noodle House) and side of pickled cucumber.
