seizurific - cns lupus

Today, pain is minimal, but it is a "balloon head" day for me. My head feels like its inflating and floating at the same time a prison ball and chain is attached to the base of my skull preventing me from lifting it up. Irritability and OCD in overdrive! All 5 sensations are magnified beyond imaginable. My perceptions may be weird and I have trouble comprehending my external environment. I prefer retreating into my safe place,lights out propped on my big chair.
