bonham never used double bass, but with one foot he could almost catch same effect and speed, it was a fucking fast right foot.

Actually, Bonham's triplet style always went left hand first.. As with most British drummers...

@dymonddave8 doesnt hit the bass twice. pretty sure it just sounds that way because this simple, yet awsome beat played fast tends to just sound like that

Hahaha. If you added another bass pedal and made it 4 beats instead of one, That would be the beginning of "Over the Mountain" by Ozzy.
That's by no means a new concept. Bonham did that and many other variations of the same triplet, even going as far as hitting the bass twice and adding an extra beat with one of his hands around the kit making 5 beats.

Try maintain even spacing between the hands and feet. As the speed increses I tend to focus on the movement of the right hand between the snare and floor. 123-123-12

wow! thanx man! does it matter how the pattern goes because i go kick, right, left when i do it. or at least thats what i was taught. lol. oh btw is that a ludwig fab four drum set?

The pattern will work in any combination of the three limbs. then it becomes a matter of how you resolve the fill. Its actually a taye kit, tour pro
