Even though you have the CD doesn't mean that this video isn't copyrighted. the song itself is copyrighted, thus any use not put out by the band is "illegal" even if it's youtube. I'm not going to flag you on this but you definitely need to learn more about copyrighting before you say stuff like that.  A lot of people need to learn more about copyrighting. I love the song though so thank you for ripping it on to youtube,

wat does it matter if its copyrighted least u can listen to the song , and if it was then youtube would remove it and it hasnt gotten removed yet so its not copyrighted

The fair use clause means the creator has ownership over the work, but if they work for a company the company has ownership over the work. (Like an artist being signed to record label)
