Mmmmm, offshore oil rigs are pretty safe, I've weathered several pretty bad storms in on the rigs, shit I;ve been out on the deck working when hurricane's hit on the rigs. I loled at the fish comment......but if you wanna keep paying 4 bucks a gallon feel free to keep restricted us
