  • Very informative, I'll be adding more healthy fats into my diet right away :)

  • Very good advice. I would also include lard and coconut oil in that category. And rather than just butter or cream, I would say they had ought to be cultured before hand, that way you don't have problems with lactose intolerance. Just a thought.
