Wow that workout was amazing. I have a question how often should I climb stairs? I've started going to the Santa Monica stairs but I'm concern of knee damage. Do you have any advice, thank you.

I am 56 and I walk 3 miles then climb steps for 30 0r 40 min. Stretching is pretty important. I've lost 14lbs. Love your energy.
