  • I remember when they pulled a false shoe event , they still owe their fans for that . They are really much better to watch live , amazing.

  • @RobinDropping False shoe event? What do you mean?

  • Listen to FIXED and their will be no question about NIN being industrial. The truth of the matter is that FLA is not industrial either it's EBM. Throbbing Gristle and SPK is industrial. I'm 27 and I know what I'm talking about. I've been in the music scene for a while and have had the pleasure of opening for Funker Vogt, Project pitchfork and probably more bands soon. I love in industrial music and FLA is great but somethings about NIN are better

  • @lipstickgoblin Bollocks, NIN lost it after The Fragile and that album is still dodgy in places. FLA still are making great music from the day they started in 1985

  • @Scornocopia

BS I can't say I've heard everything from FLA but half the shit on here (excepting this song and a few others) is fucking boring and borderline ambient. OMGMACHINETHEMEWOWEE! Whatever.

I'd feel safe betting a good older, harder NIN song is way better than the best song from these guys. Every band loses it to more or less of their audience, but NIN is fucking spectacular when they're good.

FLA seems like, if you're a goth kid, they're your favorite. That doesn't make it good.

  • @LongDongSilver666 Rivethead/Industrialist/Cyber Punk NOT Goth. There is NOTHING Goth about Front Line Assembly. Yes Nine Inch Nails are spectacular when they're good especially on Pretty Hate Machine but Front Line Assembly came out 3 years before and influenced Nine Inch Nails a lot and to my view are far better.

  • NIN ripped off Skinny Puppys "Dig it" (wich Leeb from FLA was a member of before FLA) for the first NIN single: "Down in it"

I think that can end the NIN Vs. FLA war. Reznor was CLEARLY influenced by FLA/Skinny Puppy and Ministry.

NIN is a great band but even Reznor admits this in Ministrys "Fix" movie trailer AND in interviews like this one:

    ninwiki.com/Down_In_It_%28song%29

  • its electric, kind of, and metal-ish, kind of

it sounds good. who gives a fuck what unnecessary music genre its in?

"No! It is post-fartcore porngrind electro bacon pirate rap!"

Go get yourselves a buckshot enema. Fuck.

  • @LySeRgIa2 fuck off you fascist asshole.

  • @lipstickgoblin FLA piss all over NIN sorry

  • Gods I love Leeb. He's my idol.

  • this is Me . this is my vibe !!!!!!!!!!!

  • NIN is mainstream trash, plain and simple. STOP MENTIONING NIN OR TRENT REZNOR AND WHILE MENTIONING GREAT BANDS LIKE SKINNY PUPPY OR FRONTLINE ASSEMBLY!

If you want to get super technical FLA is EBM but to me that's being technical, with their early stuff you could call them industrial, I mean Leeb was a member of Skinny Puppy. Front 242 made up EBM if I'm not mistaken, and I have always found FLA to be much darker than "EBM"

  • @LongDongSilver666 Goth are you drunk? beats in Caustic grip can scare the shit out of you pants! I am sure yo are a bum boy!

  • NIN are more goth than FLA. Pretty Hate Machine is loved by goths everywhere, and I don't know any into FLA.

  • @lipstickgoblin ive always considered fla to be industrial, although more as electro-industrial, as i heard more of their earlier stuff, as with most of these bands, had less metal guitars. saying that, i feel that fla has been the best at this type of collaboration of metal guitars, electronic beats and samples, effects, ect. except big chocolate remixes of suicide silence songs or commissioner stuff.
