This bass solo requires the soloist to perform with a keen sense of placement/time, controlled long tones, , nasty shifts, and contrasts in dynamics and energy. Hope you enjoy!

  • I've had a lot of back pain in the past, not much recently. If you can strengthen your core that should ease the load on your back. I'm probably not the best example of this but as you go higher up think of leaning forward while keeping your back straight and using your core to support your back

As with any pain you get while playing try to isolate where the pain is, find the motion or position that caused the pain then avoid doing whatever got you the pain. It sounds simple cause it is.

  • Hey man, Great playing!!!

I just had a quick question. Do you ever get back pain from playing and if so, how do you deal with it?
