2011 VFF Annual Conference, 23 and 24 June 2011, Ballarat

The 2011 VFF Conference is not to be missed! With big issues to be discussed including the supermarket price wars, carbon tax, terms of trade and our state's wild weather the conference will be an opportunity for farmers to have their say.

Leading politicians including the Premier Ted Baillieu, Agriculture Minister Peter Walsh, Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture Dr Mike Kelly and Federal Shadow Minister for Climate Action Greg Hunt will give us the latest from Spring Street and Canberra.

Pre-eminent speakers such as Robert Hadler from Coles, Michael Harvey from Rabobank and Dr Harvey Stern from the Bureau of Meteorology will speak on the big issues while innovators from booming farm businesses will show farmers how to add value to their own operations.

The 2011 VFF AGM and Conference, and associated commodity conferences, will take place from Thursday 23 June - Friday 24 June at the Mercure Hotel, Ballarat.
