Del Monte Foods (NYSE-Listed DLM) visits the NYSE. In honor of the occasion, Richard G. Wolford, Chairman and CEO, rings The Opening BellSM. Joining him on the podium will be Jennifer Arnold, founder of Canine Assistants.
Del Monte Foods is in town for its Annual Investor Day, at which executives will talk about strategic initiatives driving growth in its core brands such as Del Monte, Milk-Bone, Meow Mix, Kibbles n Bits, 9Lives and Pup-Peroni and new products such as Del Monte Fruit Chillers and Del Monte SuperFruit. The Company is also highlighting that, after recently celebrating the brands 100th Anniversary, Milk-Bone has donated more than $10 million to Canine Assistants, a non-profit organization that trains and provides service dogs for children and adults with physical disabilities or other special needs, at no expense to the recipients.
