although, at a couple spots you can hear a little more classical style, and at those spots I would opt for a more straight tone belt type of sound

Amazing. This was almost 3 years ago - she just finished playing Natalie/Ed in "All Shook Up," and now she's doing "Spelling Bee." Had to look her up and see where she came from.

i don't think she was overacting! if she was playing to the back of the house in a big theatre, she wouldn't have been big enough! but this was awesome :)
